Sauté broccoli and onion in big pot with a little oil until broccoli is not frozen
Add 2 cups of chicken broth and continue to cook until broccoli is soft
Pour broccoli and broth into blender and blend until big chunks are gone but not too thin (You can also use an immersion blender instead of a normal blender)
Pour back in pot and add chicken, kale, orzo, rest of broth, and seasonings (I use southwest chipotle, garlic powder, smoked paprika, a little salt, mesquite seasoning, and parsley)
Once orzo is mostly cooked add whipping cream, feta cheese, and more broth and seasonings if necessary
