Set oven to 350°.
Chop or shred the pork carnitas.
Pour small amount of salsa verde into 9x13 casserole dish to lightly coat the bottom.
Mis rest of salsa verde with softened cream cheese.
Lay down 6 tortillas in the casserole dish.
Spread half of the pork carnitas over the tortillas.
Spread half of the salsa/cream cheese mix over the meat.
Chop up the green pepper and onion and spread half of the chopped pepper and onion mix over the salsa/cream cheese mix.
Spread half of the cheddar cheese over the pepper/onion mix.
Repeat steps 5-9 for second layer.
Bake in oven for 30-35 minutes.
Top with cilantro and serve with extra salsa and sour cream.
