Beef and Broccoli Ramen
Quick and easy, this recipe is ready in under 30 minutes! This can also be a great dish for picky eaters if you want to plate each ingredient separately before mixing it all together for everyone else. For the teriyaki sauce, I love to use California Olive Ranch Teriyaki Marinade which can be found at Walmart, but any good teriyaki sauce will work.
Beef and Broccoli Ramen
- 3 packages beef flavored ramen
- 1/2 lb flank steak
- 1 yellow onion
- 1 bag frozen broccoli
- 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce I like to use California Olive Ranch Teriyaki Marinade and Sauce
- 1 lime
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cornstarch
Cook broccoli on stove or microwave until soft.
While broccoli is cooking, slice steak into strips and sear on stove with chopped onion.
Once broccoli is cooked, add broccoli to the steak and onions.
Cook ramen according to package instructions, but do not add the seasonings packets.
Add cooked ramen to broccoli, steak, and onion and add one beef seasoning packet.
Combine sauce ingredients: teriyaki sauce, cornstarch, olive oil, squeezed lime juice, and garlic powder.
Add sauce to ramen and steak and toss.
